(JUNIOR) KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ADRIA REGION (M/W/D)

LOCATION: ZAGREB | FULL-TIME | PERMANENT

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Supporting the Country Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for the Adria region
  • Maintaining and expanding strong relationships with existing retail customers and regional decision-makers
  • Assisting in the acquisition of new customers and preparation of listings, product presentations, and promotional concepts
  • Coordinating with internal teams in Germany and Croatia (d.o.o.) to ensure customer needs, product launches, and promotional activities are executed seamlessly
  • Monitoring sales figures and analyzing KPIs to identify growth opportunities and derive actionable measures
  • Supporting administrative and back-office processes such as maintaining customer master data, managing price conditions, and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Assisting with trade fairs, customer events, and store checks to ensure brand visibility and category performance

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification
  • First experience in key account management, sales, or FMCG – ideally in the beauty, lifestyle or retail sector
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally

  • A structured and proactive mindset with a high sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written); knowledge of Croatian or another language from the Adria region is an advantage
